An old handpainted terracotta Toby Jug in a traditional form, it is glazed in side and on the base, I am unable to see any markings, but, certainly from the form, colouration and feel, it has some age, probably English because it is so classic.
It measures 13.5cm tal with a diameter of about 8cm, the condition is good, with only a tiny nibble on the top rim as shown.
