A Thomas Barlow, Longton, Staffs and later TW Barlow & Sons (1849 - 1940), clear from the impressed 'B' mark on the base, it is a beautiful central serving plate with raised lipped scalloped edge. It sits really well on the table, having a gorgeous blackberry design, gilt trim and flecking. There is some pattern wear and signs of useage. There are two small areas of glaze loss on the rim as shown. This possibly once had a cover, however, it stands out on its own. It measures 26.5cm in diameter.
