A classic Grecian style urn produced in Glasgow by Govancroft Pottery. They began production in 1911, finally closing in 1981. This urn dates between 1913-1949 and is in excellent condition. A good size to be used for a planter, although obviously no drainage..:)
Square based and finished in a white semi gloss glaze. It measures 21cm tall, a top diameter of 16.5cm and a base width of 12.25cm.
