A very stylish and rare Goebel table bowl in the shape of a reed boat, the colours are vibrant. I have never seen an item like it. It is rare and I guess collectable. There is no doubt Goebel has become increasingly sought after in the last 10 years. This piece dates to around 1950 based on the backstamp.
It measures 20.5cm long with a middle height of 5cm. It is a lovely item, there is a small nibble on the side rim, this does not detract from the overall look of the piece, otherwise in very good condition.
