This wonderful Johnson Brothers Milk Jug, in the Pareek coloured Ceramic (light cream). Adorned with the Stork Pattern, it has a gilt rim inside and out, with gilt trim down the handle. Circa 1950's, a Johnson Brother triumph.
As a manufacturer of tableware Johnson Brothers are becomming increasingly popular, for collectors of this vintage style.
The Jug is in very good condition, with only minimal wear to some of the gilding. It measures about 8cm high, with a diameter of about 8.5cm.
