Wonderful hollow cast porcelain Minton Parrot in vibrant green and blue. The bird carries the Minton backstamp for 1912-50. However the word 'England' instead of 'Made in England' would date this bird to pre 1920. There is some repaired damage at the back base of the bird as shown. When displayed this is not visible.
Other than the damage indicated the rest of the parrot is in good order, with very little pattern wear. The parrot measures 18.5cm tall, with a base diameter of 6cm.
