Colourful Copeland Spode Muffin Dish in a floral pattern. The pattern number is 6915 and the backstamp was used from 1891 into the 20th Century. Also has a retailers stamp of Phillips Ltd, New Bond Street, London. The decoration is stunning, it has relief decoration on the outer rim, a garland row on the inner. The serving plate or liner has a small nibble out of the rim, and there are two hairlines on the the dish plate from the rim. This is a lovely unusual piece, from an excellent maker.
The serving plate measures 23cm and the muffin dish is 24cm in diameter and 11cm tall.
