Beautiful Chinese hexagonal ovoid vase with four panels gilt decoration, the two main panels show scenes of birds and flowers. The covered vase is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. Not that old, but, a super piece of the east, possibly made in Japan mirroring the Chinese form.
It measures 14.5cm tall with a diameter of around 10cm, a lovely decorative item.
